Student Research Benefits
Students discover their passion and talents and continue on to successful careers!
Research projects can lead to scholarships and/or awards; projects look good on a resume and graduate school application.
Research experience allows undergraduate students to better understand published works, learn to balance collaborative and individual work, determine an area of interest, and jump start their careers as researchers.
UW Undergraduate Research Symposium
This year, all UW Bothell undergraduate researchers interested in sharing what they’ve learned should apply to the UW Seattle Undergraduate Research Symposium on Fri, May 8th, 2018.
Founder's Fellow Research Scholarship
The University of Washington Bothell Office of Research is pleased to announce that the application period for 2018 UW Bothell Founder’s Fellow Awards is now open. These $1,000 student awards are possible because of the generous support of the UW Bothell Founder’s Endowed Fellowship.
The purpose of these awards is to encourage and recognize the participation of undergraduate students in research in all disciplines and inter-disciplines represented on the UW Bothell campus. These awards will allow students to focus more attention and time on their research, scholarship and creative activity. Students from all disciplines are encouraged to apply.
Applications are due February 2, 2017 at 5PM.
